{"id":3484,"date":"2024-06-02T20:38:00","date_gmt":"2024-06-02T20:38:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nel-media.com\/en\/?p=3484"},"modified":"2025-07-12T20:29:44","modified_gmt":"2025-07-12T20:29:44","slug":"how-to-earn-money-online","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nel-media.com\/en\/how-to-earn-money-online","title":{"rendered":"How to Earn Money Online?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Earn Money Online?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I believe this is one of the most frequently asked questions I get from beginners attending my basic lectures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In reality, things should be approached completely differently-what do you want to achieve, what are your goals?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When I hear that the desired goal is to increase sales, I immediately react-THAT\u2019S NOT A GOAL!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s a birthday card. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s like writing someone a letter wishing them lots of luck, health, and increased sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s a wish, and it can never be a business goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A business goal has several key components, summarized by the first letters of the English words Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timely, forming the concept of <strong>SMART<\/strong> Goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why isn\u2019t a wish a goal?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because a wish expresses an attitude, a mood, a mindset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A goal, on the other hand, is something defined, measurable, and time-bound.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, let\u2019s say you want to sell a product or service with a 10% sales increase annually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s much closer to a business goal than a wish, but it\u2019s still missing a few elements to be complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For instance, if you have two fully occupied workstations (e.g., car repair lifts, dental chairs, massage tables, etc.), no advertising strategy can achieve that goal because scaling the business is impossible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019d need to acquire a third equipped workstation, and only then would the maximum achievable goal be a 50% increase within the set timeframe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Only after equipping the third workstation, which enables sales\/revenue growth, can you realistically expect growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This brings us to fulfilling the requirements in the category of Achievable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you still want to grow sales by 10% but don\u2019t want to invest in a third workstation, the only option is to raise the price of your services or products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This raises the question of pricing positioning, and perhaps your goal is no longer Realistic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And even when you\u2019ve got everything neatly arranged and believe growth is achievable, we come to the issue of Milestones or KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s not the same whether you grow steadily and linearly throughout the year or aim for exponential or logarithmic growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is without factoring in seasonality (e.g., Black Friday)!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full has-custom-border\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"540\" src=\"https:\/\/nel-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Growth-KPI-Milestone-SMART-Goal-EN.webp\" alt=\"Growth -
